| How
do I place an order? |
You may order online:
We offer 24 hour secure online ordering.
Please use our Mini Shopping Cart to assist you with your purchases.
When you click on the "Buy Now" icon below each item,
that will place that item in the Mini Shopping Cart. You made add
or remove items from the cart anytime. When finished, click "CheckOut".
You will then enter your shipping and billing information and select
your payment type. We currently accept Paypal, Money Orders and
personal checks. If paying with a personal check there will be a
10 day delay on your shipment..

long will it take to receive my order? |
We ship items as soon as possible.
If you need something quickly or by a certain date, please call
us at 1-573-474-1340 or e-mail us at treva@klassickonnections.com
We ship our items using USPS Priority Mail, which normally takes
3-5 business days. Special order items may have delayed shipping. Overnight shipping is available upon request
but there is an extra shipping fee depending on location.

type of guarantee do you offer? |
Our items are 100% guarenteed. We want you to
be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not completely
satisfied with your order, return it for an exchange or refund (minus
shipping charges) within 30 days. If there is a problem with your
bracelet we will repair or replace it free of charge within 90 days
from purchase. |

if I need Resizing or Restringing? |
If you would like to change your bracelet (wrong
size, etc.), this can be done for a small fee. Please contact us for
details. $5 for single strands, $10 for double strand and quad strands
( this covers restringing and return shipping). Indicate how much
larger or smaller you would like the bracelet, by note, e-mail, or
phone. For assistance in sizing, please see our Bracelet Sizing Chart.
Payment by Personal Check, Paypal or Money Order. Please don’t
forget your return address! |
| How
do I clean my jewelry? |
We only use high quality materials in our products.
Jewelry can become dull when it gets dirty, therefore needs cleaned
periodically. Sterling silver can be buffed out with a silver polishing
cloth, stones can washed with mild soap water. Do not use "jewelry
dips" on your bracelets. If you have any questions about what
to use on your jewelry, give us a call or send us an e-mail. You can
purchase sterling silver polishing cloths from us also to assist you
with cleaning. |

types of clasps do you currently offer? |
We currently have toggle and lobster clasps. Both
are equal in strength.

are shipping charges and where do you ship to? |
Shipping and Handling is $4.00. We only ship
to the lower 48 United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii,
there will be an additional shipping fee. Please emial us for a
shipping quote. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and arrive
within 3-5 business days from shipment. Overnight shipping is available
upon request but there is an extra shipping fee. Please email us
for a shipping quote.
